Yes. All four were designed, built, and are operated by InterEdu. phongthi.edu.vn serves school assessment, dgnl.phongthi.vn serves competency assessment practice, phongthi.vn serves language certification practice, and conghuongnghiep.edu.vn is the student career guidance portal.
Is InterEdu an official examination body?
No. InterEdu supplies technology infrastructure and models exam formats. It does not administer official examinations, is not licensed to do so, and is not a partner of any assessment owner unless separately confirmed in writing for that specific case.
How InterEdu works
InterEdu started from a simple observation: most online testing tools solve only the middle of an exam, the part where candidates answer questions. The beginning, where a subject team decides what it wants to measure, and the end, where results have to reach three different audiences, stay outside the system.
The four platforms InterEdu operates were built the other way round: they start at the blueprint and finish at the report, rather than digitizing only the sitting.
Operating its own products also produces a kind of knowledge a pure contract shop does not have: knowing where a real exam session actually breaks, and which step makes a teacher give up. That is why InterEdu also takes on education software projects for other organizations.
