dgnl.phongthi.vn is a competency assessment practice platform built by InterEdu, modelling six formats: HSA, TSA, SPA, BCA, QDA, and VACT. After each attempt the system analyses strengths and weaknesses by topic so students know where to concentrate.

The problem
Competency assessments in Vietnam do not share a structure. Each has its own number of sections, section order, timing model, and scoring rules. A practice platform is only useful if the practice attempt matches the real paper, down to details like section order.
At the same time, a student practising needs to know where they are weak. A total score does not tell them.

The approach
Rather than write six systems, InterEdu modelled the exam format as configuration data. A new format is added by declaring its section structure, timing, and scoring rules, not by writing code specific to it.
Results are analysed by topic rather than by total, so the next practice attempt has something to act on.
